Ralf Lattouf
Ralf has over 25 years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting in Brazil, Europe and in the USA. He has taken part in environmental and compliance audits, due diligence processes and environmental and social impact and liability assessment projects in different industrial sectors. He has conducted environmental investigations, human health and ecological risk toxicological assessments, as well as soil and groundwater remediation projects involving various types of sites and contaminants. He has led negotiations with the public sector concerning consent orders and definition of environment rehabilitation goals. His vast experience comprises projects involving capturing and flaring of biogas from landfills and anaerobic reactors; biomass thermochemical conversion into different energy vectors; pricing and management of carbon emission-reduction projects; energy efficiency assessment and engineering project management. Ralf holds a graduation degree in Mechanic Engineering from Poli/USP, a post-graduation degree in Environmental Management and a Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering from the same university. He also has a doctorate degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, Austria.
