As per Brazilian legislation, economic activities with the potential to cause environmental harm must carry out an environmental permitting process to properly identify and address or mitigate the risks involved.
The Environmental Impact Assessment process involves environmental management methods and techniques that identify, predict, and evaluate the impacts and effects generated by activities and undertakings on the environment.
Its purpose is to prepare a prospective framework to identify the possibilities of socio-environmental damage caused by the installation or operation of an enterprise, assisting in decision-making regarding the best actions to be taken to avoid, reduce or compensate for any impacts.
We operate across the entire spectrum of environmental management, from studies to obtaining licenses from environmental agencies to the design and support for the execution of the Environmental Management Plan.

OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED:
- Environmental diagnosis of the physical, biotic, and socioeconomic environments related to the project's areas of influence;
- Identification of possible environmental impacts associated with the implementation and operation stages of the enterprise;
- Elaboration of environmental programs to avoid, reduce or compensate for the identified impacts;
- Obtaining a Technical Opinion favorable to the project from IPHAN - Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional;
- Obtaining the Prior Environmental License (LP) from the state environmental agency after submitting the Environmental Report (Relatório Ambiental Simplificado - RAS).
